Vegman's Sunrise Smoothie

Hi Veg-peeps,

Here is the recipe for the awesome smoothie I had this morning. Enjoy!

Vegman's Sunrise Smoothie

Serves 1 Vegman or 2 regular Veg-peeps


1 mango, diced
3/4 cup cantaloupe
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen peaches
1 cup soymilk
1/2 cup 100% juice - Langers Blueberry/Pomegranate Plus


Add all ingredients to a blender. Sprinkle with love and blend.
If the smoothie is too thick, add more juice or soy milk. Drink up,
